This site is controlled and operated by the Marine Hotel Association from its headquarters in Sausalito, California. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California, County of Marin.
