HOTEL INFO & RESERVATIONS

Our 2010 venue is the landmark Peabody Orlando, the luxury 891-room convention/resort hotel which, along with its sister Peabody Memphis, has garnered awards in virtually every category of hotel operation and claims membership in the elite Hotels & Resorts Worldwide group.

Still resident at the hotel are the Peabody ducks which ceremoniously march in each morning to the marble fountain in the lobby, then retire to the Royal Duck Palace each evening. Their marching music is the "King Cotton" march as they traverse a 75-foot strip of red carpeting.

Located on Orlando's International Drive across from the Orange County Convention Center, the Peabody is minutes from the area's major attractions, including Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, SeaWorld and Universal Studios, as well as many shopping centers. The Orlando International Airport is just a 15-minute drive away.

We are pleased to offer you the following special accommodation rates at The Peabody Hotel. In order that you may take full advantage of the many activities offered by the resort and the area's other attractions, these rates will be available starting Friday, April 23rd, 2010.

Reservations must be received by the hotel by Friday, March 26, 2010 in order to take advantage of the MHA group rates. Reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

A two night deposit plus tax is due with each reservation in order to guarantee the reservation and is refundable on cancellation seven (7) days prior to arrival date. The Peabody Hotel accepts all major credit cards as a convenient means of making a deposit to hold your reservation.

The utilization of hotel suites for purposes of hospitality or meetings must be limited to times that do not conflict or overlap in any way with the official Conference and Trade Show activities. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Exhibit Hours
Monday, April 26, 2010: 10am-4pm
Tuesday, April 27, 2010: 10am-3pm

Set-Up
Sunday, April 25, 2010: 9am-5pm

All booths must be ready for final inspection by show management at 10:00am, Monday, April 26th. Each booth must have a company representative in the booth at the time of final inspection.

Tear down begins on Tuesday, April 27th after 3:00pm. No company may dismantle their booth prior to 3:00pm.

Full payment on all reserved booth space is due fourteen (14) days from receipt of invoice. Each booth reserved comes with one (1) complimentary registration which includes all social events, business sessions, seminars and trade show. Each additional full registration is $375 (spouse $200). There is no additional charge for staff assisting in your booth and not attending the social events.

Trade Show Only: No Charge

Full registration includes all social events, business sessions, seminars and trade show.

Cruiseline companies are invited to bring as many of their purchasing and operations personnel as they wish for the cost of one full registration. Please include your list of cruiseline personnel that will be attending on this registration form, attaching an additional sheet if necessary. There is no charge for cruiseline personnel attending just the trade show.

Trade Show Only Attendees: Please download the Cruiseline Delegate registration form below and return it directly to MHA headquarters. You my also email us a list of attendees.

GOLF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
